2.5.1 Hotfix release (ORx only)

This hotfix fixes a few Orx-spcific issues we found after the 2.5 release:

• Librarian not loading when /mnt/data/librarian directory is missing
• 404 errors and missing cover images when using external storage
• External storage not operating correctly when tuner is not pluggged in
