I'm sorry if this has been a common question over here, I tried browsing the FAQ section, the subreddit and looking for videos on youtube but I could not find exactly what I was looking for..

I have a general idea of what Outernet is: a one-way file receiver, but who decides what content is fine to share? Is the content forever on Outernet or maybe this is an auto-updating stream of informations that you can store in an archive but you can't access anymore after a given amount of time? If I'm not wrong it should be the last hypothesis, right?

May I look for local weather? How much are reliabale the info you post? May I access Wikipedia pages or make request for them using your tool? I don't know how much I can do with a one-way receiving tool but I just wanted to ask

Please, feel free to suggest me other usages I'm missing, I'm fascinated by this tool and in general by radios. I found out about this project just today and I look forward to make my little DIY receiver
