Dreamcatcher Setup

able to see any outernet or other wifi to logo onto

i have tryed to use a rpi 3 and windows computer ... UGH
i know im missing a step or something.
and the website here is a Little Jacked up

Update: helps if i click the Tab for usb-ser on putty.... once i did that i was able to get to the Log in screen.
waiting on updates now.
